Credit rules depend on how you purchase them. One-time credit packs never expire and can be used at any time. Monthly-plan credits do not roll over to the next billing period, and any unused balance expires at renewal. We recommend using them within the current billing period. With yearly plans, unused credits from each monthly allocation roll over to the following month only. Rolled-over credits expire at the end of that following billing period and cannot carry into a second month.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription management page. After cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

You can purchase a one-time credit pack whenever you need more credits. These credits can be used alongside your subscription credits and never expire.
